We partner with Mobile Care, an on-the-go office that provides caring, professional and confidential services to women entirely free of charge. Fully licensed and operated by medical professionals, they provide pregnancy testing, limited obstetric ultrasounds to confirm pregnancy and community referrals. HPC is not a medical facility but contracts this licensed mobile unit to provide this free service to the community. All ultrasounds are performed by a licensed medical professional. Call to schedule an appointment: 203.271.2703.
Options Coaching
You've received a positive pregnancy test and confirmed a viable pregnancy with an ultrasound... now what? You have a few options you can choose from: adoption, abortion, or parenting.
It's natural to experience a lot of conflicting emotions, thoughts, and feelings at this time, and it can be hard to sort through the noise to figure out the best decision for you. That's why we are here. We have trained coaches who can help you sort through your feelings, provide you with thorough, up-to-date information about all the available options, and offer compassion, hope, and help at a time when you need it the most.

Post- Abortion Support
It is common to feel a wide range of emotions after an abortion. We know from our experience working with post-abortive women that some find themselves struggling with feelings of regret, sorrow, and loss, sometimes lending itself to depression and traumatic stress.
If you're looking for a safe and caring space to talk about your abortion with women who have been in your shoes or have supported other post-abortive women, please contact us to learn about our confidential groups or to schedule a one-on-one appointment with our staff and trained coaches.
