Pregnancy Testing

If you think you had unprotected sex or otherwise think you might be pregnant, but aren't sure, we are your best first step. We provide on-site lab-quality pregnancy testing at no cost to you. We are a non-judgmental and safe place to help you determine if you are pregnant and help you sort out your next steps. Simply contact us to make an appointment at your earliest convenience.

Ultrasound

If you've received a positive pregnancy test, the next step is to get an ultrasound. This imaging method helps you to confirm whether you have a viable pregnancy, determine next steps, and answer many questions that may be running through your mind, including:

  • How far along am I? (If you are considering abortion, this information determines the type of procedure that would be used)

  • What is my estimated due date? (How much time do I have to make a decision?)

  • Is the pregnancy in the uterus? (Pregnancies that develop outside the uterus, known as ectopic pregnancies can be life-threatening and must be addressed)

  • What is my chance of miscarrying? (According to the Mayo Clinic, around 10 to 20 percent of known pregnancies end in miscarriage.)

We are pleased to offer you a limited obstetric ultrasound at no cost to you.

Ultrasounds are available the first Monday of every month, or by appointment through our Mobile Ultrasound Unit. Please get in touch to schedule one today. Las consultas de sonogramas están disponibles en Español

If you're looking for a safe and caring space to talk about your abortion with women who have been in your shoes or have supported other post-abortive women, please contact us to learn about our confidential groups or to schedule a one-on-one appointment with our staff and trained coaches.
